Neil Butler is a senior change consultant who has extensive experience across a wide range of activities including organisational change management, business process change management, business systems implementation and support, training and education, human resources, recruitment and sales and marketing within Australia and in global and regional roles. He ensures strong focus on the on-going delivery of continuous improvement within organisations and the development of individuals and teams through focused relationship management and engagement, process analysis and design, targeted education and training programs and clear and open communications.

Brad Adriaanse – Associate Consultant – Learning and Development.

 
Brad Adriaanse wants to see your business succeed beyond your expectations. With 20 years’ at-the-coalface business experience in learning and development, organisational development, design thinking and knowledge management; he is able to use a variety of approaches and techniques to identify success patterns and pinpoint how to use these patterns to grow innovative and market leading businesses. He has worked in a range of industries – including telecommunications, professional services, major events, technology, utilities, retail and distribution logistics. He appreciates that there is no magic formula for success, so he focuses on designing and delivering practical customised solutions aligned to each clients’ needs.

Carli Saw – Associate Consultant – Human Resources and Career Services.

 
Carli Saw is a Human Resources Professional with a passion for supporting businesses and helping others land the job they have always dreamed of. After 15 years working in the corporate world, across a wide range of industries big and small, Carli decided to start her own business so she could continue to do the work she loved on her own terms. Carli enjoys nothing more than working with small business owners who want to treat their employees fairly, but also wants to ensure they are setting up their human resource processes in order to successfully manage their people in a way that sustains their business. Carli also enjoys helping people searching for their next job, enjoying the successes and assisting people achieve their goals, making the whole process extremely rewarding.

 
Away from work, Carli loves food, wine and coffee and spending time with her three children and supporting her two favourite football teams – the Brisbane Lions and the Torquay Tigers.
