The Three Phases of the xera Pain Point Eliminator.

 
In keeping with our determination to simplify processes wherever we can, the Xera Pain Point EliminatorTM consists of three very simple and straightforward phases.

 
Full programs start from as little as $5990 for a team of up to 15 people – that’s an investment of less than $400 per person.


Phase 1 – Now

In this phase, we spend time meeting individually with team members, colleagues, managers, customers – the people whose opinion you value most – to identify and prioritise the pain points that are stopping your team from working at its peak now.

The outcome of this phase is a prioritised list of pain points – a statement of NOW.

Phase 2 – How

Once we have the prioritised list of pain points, we facilitate one or more workshops, away days or other “away from desk” sessions to identify the best approach to eliminating the highest priority pain points. At the end of this session, we’ll know how to eliminate the key pain points.

The outcome of this phase is a clear statement of actions – a statement of HOW.

Phase 3 – Wow!

One thing that is often forgotten when projects are being completed is the need to celebrate success. After an agreed period, we will facilitate a session where your team can let everyone know about the success they have had in eliminating their designated pain points.
