Neil has an extensive background in business consulting with specific experience in change management, business and solutions analysis, business process, customer service, sales and marketing and training and education. He established XERA in August 2011 to provide an alternative consulting option for businesses and other organisations that like to do things

Lucy Butler - Business Development Research
Lucy works part-time in the business, supporting our business development effort. She has provided customer identification and other research support in the development of our marketing strategy and, specifically in a number of our XERACommunities.
Lucy is currently completing her tertiary studies in Early Childhood Education. |

Sam Butler - Business Support and Graphic Design
Sam also works part-time in the business, providing support to the Webdesign stream. He has worked on a number of web projects including the development of the XERA web site and other XERACommunities sites.
Sam has just commenced his tertiary studies in Mechanical Engineering. |
